No Heartbeat at 7weeks..

Hi, I am 42yrs and is 7weeks pregnant. Just went for my check-up and there's no heartbeat. I am worried.. Gynae says to check again next week. And I hope for good news. Care to share any views?

dont worry, just relax, possible is the positioning of the bb was hidden somewhere tat is difficult to find cos is just 7 weeks...
