No Heartbeat at 7weeks..

Hi, I am 42yrs and is 7weeks pregnant. Just went for my check-up and there's no heartbeat. I am worried.. Gynae says to check again next week. And I hope for good news. Care to share any views?

Do you experience any cramping? If not, maybe it's just delayed? It happened to some so dont worry too much. Take care :)
