CS vertical incision after care

Hello! I am 3 weeks post op (I gave birth via emergency cesarean). I noticed that my scar/incision is sunken and my lower abdomen looked like a butt now. Is there a way aside from tummy tuck to make it look like a normal tummy pooch again? I am wearing binders/shapewear in the hopes that my tummy will be back to its original form. I have no issues with scars and stretch marks but the deformity of my lower abdomen really bothers me and it currently affects my confidence.
