Pigmentation at back of legs

I am 25 weeks pregnant and I recently realised there are 2 dark lines at the back of my legs. I checked with my gynae and he said that it is pigmentation and is normal and may even get worse after delivery. Any mommies have this experience before? What can I apply to lighten or to remove these dark lines?

I checked with my gynae already, and was told that it is just pregnancy pigmentation. Gynae never prescribe any medication or cream for this also. When I asked whether will it go away after giving birth, he said may or may not, and even say some pigmentation may get worse. 😔
