breast color changes during pregnancy

I am 25 weeks pregnant and i am finding changes in my breast skin color only for the left breast, can someone suggest is this normal? I am worried why it is happening only for the left breast?

Its doesnt look normal.. is it swelling? Do check with gynae alright? :/
