Post partum baby blues?

I am 19 days post partum and I find myself easily crying, emotional, angered (easily triggered). It is probably partially because of lack of sleep from waking up every 3 hours to feed baby at night. The rest is probably due to post partum hormones? How long will it take for the hormones to go back to normal?

It will get better when you’re ready to pump every 5-6 hourly~ which I guess it’s around 6~8 months (for the resting part). If you manage to get any help, use it then rest when you have the time to. Don’t stress yourself out 😊.
