I am 14wks pregnant now. Appetite still not back to my usual. im very worry if my baby is getting enough nutrients. I am currently taking Obimin, DHA and Probiotic. Is that enough? May i know when should i add on calcium and iron?

You can consider to drink maternal milk if your appetite is not back yet as it’s also full of nutrients for baby and yourself :) my appetite was only back at week 15 and will feel nauseous whenever I take supplements before that. But I’m able to drink maternal milk without feeling nauseous.

I take whichever supplements my Gynae prescribed since they know best. Normal that appetite still not back to normal. Mine is gradually getting better. Jiayou!
