14th week pregnant and still nauseated and vomiting

Hi, I am on my 14th week going to 15th, I have read articles regarding pregnancy that at this moment it will all disappear but I am still having it, sometimes I keep on burping n burping until vomit wants to come out, may I know the possible reason?
