Slight cramp near navel area

I am at my 12.3 weeks..I am still experiencing slight cramp now. May I know if it is normal? Especially when I have the urge to go toilet (for pooping),the pain is more intense..

Please do consult your gynaecologist ASAP. It’s normal to experience cramps but not intense cramps.
