I am 11 weeks pp, and have been exclusively pumping for a month. I would like to try to latch again.. anyone has success after exclusively pumping for a while?

Re-establish the skin-to-skin bonding between you and your baby. When you are not feeding baby, hold baby as much as you can to your bare skin, preferably with baby's torso bare as well. This will encourage a release of hormones that will make baby "reintroduce" baby to the idea of nursing and open to latching again. My friend tried this method after months of pumping and it works! It also allowed for much needed bonding after working about 12 hours/daily and not spending enough time with baby.
