Husband has been snoring a lot and really loud. How do I know if it's simply snoring or sleep apnoea? His father who used to snore a lot, too, got a stroke before he died

yes.. ask your husband.. to.. go for sleep test.. it can be sleep apnea.. or other thing.. i know because sleep apnea.. and mine special case...not obstructive apnea but centrap.apnea
