How to tell if you going through a false contraction? I have no idea how it feels. Im 28 weeks now.

Normally false alarms are not come continuously , if there is gap and if the pain comes upper abdomen means it mostly coz of gastric as I suffered in my 1st pregnancy, actual contractions will comes in more frequent manner you can’t bare it.. and water bag or discharge may happen so those are the signs for your delivery
