My period started 3 months after I gave birth via emergency c-sect. I was low-supply so breastfeeding was really depressing as baby didn’t get enough. I’m pregnant again now about 14 months after my c-sect. I think it’s quite safe to wait at least 1 year or more to get pregnant again cause our insides need to heal fully before being cut open again. 🤧
1st pregnancy around 6 months do check with your gynae before preparing for your 2nd pregnancy, they will advise accordingly
