How often do women have to go for pap smears after giving birth? How long is the test and how long does it take for release of results? Do share!
Normally pap-smear will be done during your six-week postpartum checkup. The test itself is very fast where the gynae will use a cotton swab to collect samples of the fluid around the cervix for the test. It will take 2 days up to 1 week to get the results.
