Sharp baby nails

How often do you cut/trim/file your baby’s nails? I cut/trim/file them with a nail clipper and electric file but they are still sharp. My baby will scratch me when she is frustrated.

Mine I used pigeon scissors. My LO nails grow very fast. I cut then about every 2-3 days. Still very sharp after I trim them.
