How do u mummies remove fish bones from cod fish? Steam e fish first and once cooled, juz check n remove all bones? First time cooking fish for baby. Not planning to add e fish into e porridge to cook.

I will steam it then remove. As it's easier. Buy the tail part, lesser bone. or buy those cod fish fillet. Big bone pieces. Easier to remove too.

Yup. Bought cos fish fillet but i sliced it into smaller pieces for storage. Sliced into e bones.. Scared tat e bones now become smaller parts.. I will steam it first then! Thanks!
