How much weight should we gain during pregnancy? Hi Mommies! Ask lang kung ano yung recommended weight gain natin? I'm 61kg before pregnancy then 70kg na at 6 months. Kayo po ba? #1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancyweight

Mejo hinay hinay ka na sa sugar and carbs 😊 if I remember correctly sabi ng OB 11kg max.

almost 1month na rin po ako nag didiet.. no sweets, less carbs. wala naman pong nababanggit OB ko regarding sa weight ko. hehe pero feeling ko yung bigat ko eh mas galing sa boobs 🙈🙈🙈 from cup B to cup F na po ako.. HAHA
