How much water must I mix with 1 scoop of formula milk? The tin says 1 scoop to 30 ml formula but my confinement lady says 1 scoop to 10 ml.

Noways is 1 scoop 10ml, where did that confinement lady get this rubbish! Pls follow the instructions on the formula milk tin.
