Water Intake
How much water do u drink or must u drink each day? I can only intake maximum 1.25L each day. As I dun like plain water, has hard time drinking tat 1.25L.

There's no need to keep track of the exact number but watch your pee color. As long as your pee is pale or white that's good, otherwise need to drink more.
