How much will my 6 month old baby eat at his first meal?

Not much. Usually it is just for baby to have a taste. My friends only gave their little ones one or two small spoonful of cereal or puree as a start. Some babies take well to this first introduction while others don't. The main nutrition still comes from breast milk or formula when first introducing solids. Good luck!

Maybe just 2 spoonful. Or even few mouths if he really hates the smell/taste/texture.
