How do we minimise discomfort in ear of baby when aircraft takes off and landing? Any alternative Other than latching as I'm worried that baby do not Wan to latch. TIA

I have travelled 3 times with my LO when btw 3 months to 9months.. Pacifier and letting him drink milk while plane takes off works well for me.
