When to start post natal massage after csection

How many weeks after csection did you start your post natal massage ? My masseuse told me 2-3 weeks or later. However I am already 2 weeks post partum but my incision still hurts everynow and then and my lower tummy is still sore to touch. Should i wait longer, i scared i can only start one month PP and scared its too late to start on the massage and my body will take longer to heal and tummy longer to shrink. #firstbaby

It will be 2 to 3 weeks after c section. Your masseuse should know the way to massage and ensure you do not feel pain or hurt your surgery area. If they are gentle, professional, experience shouldn't be an issue.
