How many gondh ladoos are okay for a breastfeeding mother so that you don't put on weight? Right now I eat 4-5 a day.

Gondh ladoos are very beneficial during breastfeeding. They provide nourishment, help in gaining strength, combat anemia. It is also an excellent milk-boosting food. You can have 4-5 now but gradually can decrease. Start with light exercises and walking after doctor gives go ahead. Proper diet, some light exercise, and breastfeeding will aide in losing weight.
