Gynae will insert their finger to check physically .. usually won’t dilate at 33 weeks. But I have friends who are 1 - 1.5cm dilated around 35weeks … then gynae gave HL to rest at home .

Baking my baby bean

Only way is for your gynae or the nurse to check. Happy 33 weeks. I am 32 plus weeks now, seeing the doc this Friday at 33 weeks too!

It’ll be checked by the dr. It also doesn’t happen so early - usually in the final 1-2 weeks before your EDD unless premature
