How will you know you are pregnant when you don't even have menses while breastfeeding ? Or will there be chance to pregnant even when breastfeed without menses

yes there is still a slight chance of getting pregnant even when you are breastfeeding. I guess the best way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test periodically?
