How will you know you are pregnant when you don't even have menses while breastfeeding ? Or will there be chance to pregnant even when breastfeed without menses

Yup..it is still possible to get pregnant even while breastfeeding and period has not return. It happens to a few of my friends=) Signs include a drop in supply, morning sickness, (not all will have though), sticky to you etc.I have a friend who knew it when her daughter asked her why her tummy like 'bloated'. yes there is still a slight chance of getting pregnant even when you are breastfeeding. I guess the best way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test periodically?
