Honestly, this is a challenge for us as well. Simple things that we do are (we actually find these romantic) -cooking together -giving each other massage after a day's work -randomly complementing each other -cuddling in the couch or in bed with hot coco/coffee and happy chats especially during this rainy season -surprising each other with our favorite dishes (by now, you realize how much both of us love to eat.haha) -occasionally going on errands/dates just us two -having movie time with ofcourse, cuddles basically, my principle of keeping romance in our house ,even with kulits running here and there, is to make your partner feel your presence. Show him you still want and take pleasure in taking care of him even though you're a hands on mom to your kids. :)

It can be really difficult but, you can still be intimate with each other even though it seems that the house is chaotic. Pay each other compliments. You can also schedule a date and ask a relative or someone to take over the children. I think the most important thing to start with romance is to let the other person know that you appreciate him/her.
