How do I stop myself from breastfeeding as in stop the supply?

Hi! You’ll need to gradually reduce your supply by feeding and pumping less frequently. It may be an uncomfortable process because your breasts may get very engorged in between feeds/pumps. What a blessing to have over supply though!

hi lena ,would like to seek some advise!the last I pump was at 3am I was doing the 7 hours interval pumping and now I have yet to pump..I'm trying out the cabbage way as well.. any ways to guide me along?
