there's a cap of $900 if i recall correctly - for your prenatal checkups. They'll reimburse to your medisave after you deliver. Not sure how other hospitals work but for KKH I didn't have to bring my receipts when i check in the delivery suite - just register and settle the deposit, the amount was paid into my medisave thereafter.
