How do you turn main dish leftovers into a 'new' dish for the next day? :)

Normally I do not do that as cooked food will create Heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and if you recook/reheat it, it will cause cancer (carcinogen) and damage our kidney. http://www.precisionnutrition.com/all-about-cooking-carcinogens
