Adjusted Age for Premature Babies

How do you count adjusted age for a premature baby whose EDD is Mar 20 and was born 8 weeks in advance. His biological age is 5 weeks. is there such a thing as negative adjusted age?

I don’t think you’ll count the negative age. But when he is slightly older like 12 weeks then, you’ll have to -8 weeks
