Super common. I have this pelvic girdle pain right now. It started as early as my 5 months pregnancy because i already had this pelvic pain when i was pregnant with my 3rd born. Move slowly and push your butt when you need to change your position. It helps! Wearing pregnancy support belt for walking will relief some pain too.
Same… when I toss and turn in bed I feel the pain.. when I walk more than 15 minutes my pelvic area will ache 😅 I used to enjoy walking long distance now pregnancy has changed 😂
