I’m also a FTM but from advice ive gathered, postnatal massage is quite crucial for recovery especially if you want to get back into shape. So we saved on other costs like fancy cribs or excessive newborn clothing and put aside money for the massage and confinement needs. The massages also seem to be market rate even for masseuses working alone.

I don't have any recommendations but it's good if you have the budget to spend and of course the masseuse has to be skilled and knows what she's doing otherwise you won't benefit from the massage at all and waste of money
