Pimple outbreak

Hiiii, anyone else experiencing bad pimple outbreak? Didnt happen previous pregnancies when i carried my 2 boys. Am at 12 weeks coming 13. V v depressed when i see them pimples!!!

Not pimples but bumps on the forehead and jawline, a lot. I don't usually have these, but came pregnancy, I just have a lot now. Maybe just because of hormones. Each pregnancy is different. I read it will lessen when the baby is already delivered :)
