Possible Miscarriage

Hi guys I would just like some advice.I'm 7 weeks pregnant, On Tuesday I had light spotting and went for a scan and the sac was still intact. The doctor said I had an infection and gave me antibiotics. Tuesday night the bleeding got worse and I went to hospital, they followed the same procedure and had the same outcome which was an infection but everything was fine with baby. Since Thursday I've been bleeding much heavier and cloting, has anyone else experienced this? Is it a miscarriage or just from the infection and antibiotics
