Yes but instead of straight out providing the answer, I’ll teach them although it can get quite frustrating when they just can’t get it lol

I encourage that only when there is really a need. Else I would just monitor him and check if everything is fine

I sit with them when they are doing their work so they can ask me questions when they face difficulty
