Give him breaks and snacks. Helps to keep him motivated and he will work towards the next break for a drink or snack.

Letting them plan their own time And teaching them there is a time for everything including play

Confiscate their phone until they’ve studied a set amount of time/finish their homework

Set a routine, make it a habit for them to do their homework themselves.

Breaks and teaching them the concept of delayed gratification

Giving him breaks and rewards if follow schedule for a month

Giving breaks really helps the child and energises them
