Monitor your baby 24 hours closely. if there is nausea or any other red flag. you need to take your baby to hospital as soon as possible.
what red flag? the night after it happened he didn’t want to drink any milk till the next day despite him waking up in the night
Front part should be ok, fatality is at the back side of the head
Monitor for vomiting and if he is very cranky
