I drink a cup of bearbrand or any powdered milk with 1 teaspoon of ground flaxeed and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds everyday, minsan 2x a day. 1 natalac malunggay capsule everyday din. Kahit halos di ako nakakapag sabaw na ulam okay naman milk supply ko pero mas okay padin if masasabaw kinakain para mas madami milk supply. 1 glass of water before and after feeding. And happy hormones, pag stressed ako humihina milk ko. Iwasan magutom para tuloy tuloy ang maayos na pagproduce ng milk ng body natin.
Unli latch kay LO para mastimulate po ang BM production. Stay hydrated. Kaen ng masasabaw, may malunggay, at mga shellfish. Pwede ka rin pong magtake ng mga malunggay supplements. Be dedicated din. Good luck mommy on your breastfeeding journey. 💛

Unlimited latch ni baby. More sabaw sizts. And if gusto mo lang ha, drink pure Cocoa (or tableá in bisaya) yan ung ginawa ko noon.
