Spotting

Hello po, I've been 2 months delay since nung last connection namin ng bf ko. I've already took pregnancy test twice but the result are both negative. Then, kagabi lang nag karoon ako ng menstruation ng konti and medyo dark color sya pero nag stop sya this morning. Any idea po? I'm hoping na makabuo kami coz we've already planned to have a baby na. Btw I'm 27 years old.

Nung di ko pa alam na buntis ako nagkaron ako ng spotting akala ko magkakaron na ko so nagnapkin ako..ayun di sya natuloy buntis na pala ko.
