Is it normal to shiver when you're sleeping during confinement? My aircon is on at 25 deg, I wear sweatpants to sleep, cover with comforter till neck and yet, I still shiver when I sleep. Anyway to cure this?

Do you have fever? If have fever might be catching flu. You can take normal panadol to feel better. If no fever I guess you are overtired or not enough sleep. If you feel cold then it's better to off your aircon and avoid direct fan blow. Drink a cup of warm/hot milo/red dates tea will make you feel better.
