hello mommies! In your experienced after birth, kailan kayo ulit nag ka period? 2months na after I gave birth and wala pa rin akong period. Is it normal? Thank you

yes po normal lang po and if your exclusively Breastfeeding po, up to 1yr po bago bumalik period niyo , pero in my case, i exclusively breastfeed abd at the same time nag ppump po ako at work kaya after 5 months bumalik na po period ko 😊
