increase water intake and lessen mo salt. then avoid staying in 1 position for long periods of time whether upo or tayo. then elevate mo legs mo. if sobrang manas ka talaga, let your OB know para macheck and monitor BP mo. if needed din, may med for manas para iwiwi mo yung excess water na naretain ng katawan.
