Yeast infection/Thrush

Hi! Any of you having the same issue as me and was given antibiotics and vaginal pessary (isoconazole nitrate) to be inserted inside (1dose) on their first trimester? If so, is it safe for the baby? I will complete the antibiotics definitely but the vaginal pessary is giving me 50/50 feelings.

the pessary will only be in the vagina and should be pretty safe - as long as you did tell your doctor that you are pregnant they should prescribe you pregnancy safe medication
