Morning sickness at week 13

Question

Having bad nausea everyday from week 5 to week 13 now. Couldnt eat much throughout the day. Afraid couldnt get enough nutrients for baby? What to do?

Hello there! I feel you ♥️ Same here as I vomit about 2-8 times a day. What helped me were: Diclectin meds + small plain meals through the day where I’d take my prenatals (prefer those in 2 pills a day than one shot as this way the odds of one of the vitamins staying inside me are higher lol). I’m always reassured that the baby still gets the nutrients from my prenatals. I’m at 12 weeks and the baby is growing faster by 4-5 days, so all seems good ☺️
