Hello, have you ever encountered this before? Im already in my 12 weeks, been experiencing heel pain. Is it okay if i go for a foot refloxology to ease the pain a little?

hi its been awhile. can I check if you have recovered? how long did it took. mine been more than a year for left and now its starting to affect right heel too.
