High NT value and general edema

Have anyone occured high value of NT >5mm, and general edema seen in fetus during th FA scan?

i did oscar test during my FT and NT was 4.6mm. so my gyane recommended me to take more invasive testing- amnio, wes, kryotype. waiting for results
