the lack of motivation to workout
hey has any mummies encounter this ;during their first trimester ? giddy/ migranes . don't really feel like going for workouts because of yr symptoms 😔🤷🏻♀️

Yes, I feel u! I was rather active before pregnancy, but I lost all my energy in my first trimester. All I wanted to do was to slp. It will get better as u approach the second trimester. 💪🏻💪🏻
Yes, me too. I was nauseated and giddy for the entire first trimester. Just rest at this stage.. hopefully 2nd trimester will be better for you :)
rest first.. ur body is going thru changes. dont push urself too hard!
