Results shows GDM after having GTT test at 25weeks.

Has any of you mummie resulted in any GDM after having GTT test? Its not permanent right,and only temporary in pregnancy?any advices? #advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy

Yup majority it’s temporary. But after you give birth your doc might ask you to re-test your GDM again to be safe. Also when you deliver, your baby will be bought back for further check up eg, checking baby glucose by pricking their leg to ensure their glucose level maintain after birth. Lastly usually your doc will also advise to give birth 1-2 weeks earlier before your EDD depending on your baby size.
