Aveeno Baby Treatment Bath

Has anyone tried it? My 4 months baby has rashes more and bleed a bit due to the bath. It's milk bath and it claims to be suitable even for infant. What happened?

I didn’t try before but if it bleed it’s quite serious, will stop using.
